Yes! Most of our costumes can be made to your measurements. Select "Custom Size" on the product page and enter your measurements at checkout. Custom costumes take 7-20 business days to produce, depending on complexity.

Standard shipping takes 10-20 business days after production. Express shipping takes 5-10 business days. DHL/FedEx Priority takes 3-7 business days. See our Shipping Policy for full details.

Possibly. Customs duties and import taxes vary by country and are the responsibility of the recipient. We declare the actual order value on customs forms. Check with your local customs office for applicable rates.

Standard (non-custom) items can be returned within 14 days of delivery if unworn and in original packaging. Custom-made costumes are non-returnable unless defective. See our Return Policy for details.

For standard items, you can return it within 14 days for a refund and place a new order. For custom-made costumes, if the fit issue is due to our production error, we offer one free alteration. Contact us with photos.

Yes, for an additional fee we can expedite production. Contact us before ordering with your deadline and we'll confirm if rush production is possible for your item.
